Christopher Priest, the author of "The Last Deadloss Visions" has requested that it be withdrawn from distribution on the net, and I have complied with this request.
"Deadloss" was subsequently published in dead-tree form by Fantagraphics Books as "The Book on the Edge of Forever". It is not currently in print, but you can order used copies online from Amazon:
You can also probably find it for sale at any half-decent Science Fiction Convention.
Harlan Ellison and "The Last Dangerous Visions" both remain at large to this day.
